Sales support included assistance on sales calls, proposal development, demonstrations, and booth staff for industry trade shows such as PittCon.

Developed more than ten different custom instrument interfaces for laboratory instruments (chromatographic integrators, uv-vis spectrophotometers, titrators, balances) in Intel PLM/86 for Zymark robot controller. Also responsible for documentation and customer support. Designed & developed digital parallel I/O board based on Intel 8255 chip for instrument control from Zymark Robot Controller.
